What we built and how.
BC Legacy managed the end-to-end tenant improvement, converting a large commercial footprint into a modern multi-tier storage facility. Work encompassed structural mezzanines, modular roll-up door partitioning, complete fire sprinkler and life safety retrofits, high-security smart access controls, and multi-zone HVAC for climate-controlled inventory. The conversion was delivered under active building code review with authority sign-off at each stage.
