What should I send with my first message?
Whatever you have. A site address is enough to start a feasibility conversation. Drawings, a pro forma, a feasibility study or a rough scope all help us respond with a sharper recommendation. If you are a homeowner without any of that, a description of the home you want and the lot it sits on is plenty.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, from a member of the team rather than an autoresponder. If you need to reach someone sooner, call the office line during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Do you work with homeowners, or only developers?
Homeowners, investors and developers. Custom homes, renovations and multiplexes run through the same team and the same process as our townhouse, mid-rise and commercial work.
Which cities do you build in?
Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, White Rock, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge and Mission. If your site is somewhere we could not supervise properly, we will tell you on the first call.
Is there a cost for the first conversation?
No. The first call and the initial review of your drawings or site are free. We use them to recommend the right engagement type and give you an indicative fee, so you know what working with BC Legacy would look like before committing to anything.
