What we built and how.
A large custom home built for a private homeowner in South Surrey, delivered by BC Legacy as general contractor from foundation through finishing and handover. The home includes expansive living areas that open to the outdoors, integrated home technology, and a finish package selected with the owner and held to the agreed budget. Custom homes at this scale are run by BC Legacy the way its multi-family work is run: a full trade pricing exercise before the contract is signed, a schedule the owner can see, and a site superintendent responsible for quality every day. Long lead items such as millwork, glazing and mechanical equipment are procured early against the schedule so the finishing stage is not held up waiting on them. The result is a home that was built as drawn, on the timeline agreed, with the owner informed at every stage rather than surprised at the end.
