What we built and how.
A 12 unit townhouse development on a compact infill lot. Smaller multi-family projects carry a different kind of risk than large ones: there is less contingency to absorb a mistake, the site is tight for staging and deliveries, and the owner is often building at this scale for the first time. BC Legacy runs these projects with the same structure as its larger developments. A budget that is built from trade pricing rather than a square foot guess, a schedule sequenced around the site constraints, daily supervision and the client portal so the owner can see where the money and the time are going. Unit layouts are planned to make the most of light and outdoor space within the allowable envelope, and the finish package is specified to the market the owner is selling or renting into.
